In broad terms, we find against your receivables, providing you with a percentage of the amount invoiced. We collect the funds from your client, deduct our fees and remit any surplus to you.
Factoring is a fast and easy process, giving you capital quickly. It is not a long-term debt or obligation, there are no down payments and you can receive a substantial portion of the invoice less our fees.
Depending on the structure of the factoring, it may or may not be a recourse factoring. With no recourse, our collection effort is solely against your customer. With full recourse, we can turn to you for repayment in the situation where your customer does not pay. Every agreement is specific, and you need to discuss the terms of your factoring with your representative.

Many have 60 to 90 day payment terms which type capital too long. Factoring gets you your capital quickly and allows you to continue doing business and driving additional revenue before your customer pays their invoice. Distributors, shippers, transportation companies and others similarly leverage the power of factoring
Some companies do factoring on occasion. Others factor on a regular basis, shortening their time to collect capital to nearly zero.
